If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the product(s) within seven days of receipt for a full refund—no questions asked. We will refund the purchase or credit your account, not including shipping charges, after we receive and process your return. This policy extends to any CD, DVD, or flashdrive sold as an additional feature of a book product, but not to any opened CD, DVD, or flashdrive sold as a standalone product (see below).

General returns policy

If you return items more than seven days after delivery, the following conditions apply: (1) merchandise must be in resalable condition; (2) items must be returned within 30 days of receipt, accompanied by a note explaining the reason for the return and a copy of your invoice, packaging slip, or mailing label; and (3) package must be returned prepaid. AAHA does not accept returns of any CD, DVD, or flashdrive that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap), or any media that has been downloaded.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect products

If a product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will either replace it or give you a full refund (including shipping), depending on the option you prefer. If you require a replacement, we will process the new order upon receipt of the damaged or defective product. For product(s) damaged in transit, please keep the shipment in its original packing materials and contact us for instruction.
